Customer Services - Our local branch network employs knowledgeable customer service staff to assist you with your enquiry and manage your repairs through the process. Our dedicated fleet of logistics vehicles allows us to collect and deliver rapidly, and handle your equipment with care!

On-site Support - At Dowding & Mills, our service offering is designed to reflect your needs – that is why we offer an emergency repair service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We recognise that in many cases, items cannot easily be shipped to a workshop for repair, or a fault maybe difficult to isolate, so our national team of on-site engineers are always on hand to assist.

Quality Assurance - All our branches operate a Quality Management System which complies to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, giving you the confidence that your repair is both documented (engineering reports are available for all repairs) and traceable.

Site Surveys - We can undertake full site surveys at your premises – detailing the quantities and types of equipment and reporting on its supportability and reparability. Armed with this information, you can make informed decisions about stock holding of spares, or whether or not to upgrade / retrofit.

Warranty - All repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Maintenance / Repair Contracts - For regular users of our services, we can also offer Service Level Agreements / Contracts based on your individual needs and historical activity. These can be fixed price agreements, allowing you to budget accurately for your electronic support costs over the duration of the agreement and can incorporate on-site support, condition monitoring and preventative maintenance programmes if desired. Whatever your circumstances, we can provide an effective, hassle-free solution.
